The Conecuh County Cultural Center Foundation was established in 2005 by several groups of concerned citizens who wished to provide a place for the cultural heritage of Conecuh County, Alabama.  The Conecuh County Cultural Center would be used for the Arts, concerts, drama events, a meeting/events facilities for the area. Over the years the CCCC Foundation (the 4 C's) has supported many local events and created several events for the school children of the county to participate and enjoy.  One such event is the Scarecrow Convention held in October with the students, families, civic clubs and businesses making Scarecrows to be displayed on the lawn of the old Evergreen City School - the future home of the Conecuh County Cultural Center.
